In the frames of the European Neighborhood Instrument -Implementation of principles and practices of Shared Environmental Information System East II (ENI SEIS East II) project, the CORINE Land Cover (CLC) pilot project is implemented in the Eastern Partnership countries, including in Armenia.
The main objective of the project is to contribute to the adaptation of relevant methodologies of CORINE Land Cover at the national level of the SEIS, the integration of necessary spatial data, accessibility and the provision of its multiple use, updating the database of CLC layers for 2018, as well as ensuring the continuity of Earth observation in collaboration with the European Union and the European Space Agency through the services of the Copernicus Programme.
