Qualification Requirements:
- The NGO has at least 5 years of proven experience in socio-economic development projects in rural communities. Experience with applying participatory approaches, as well as, contest and awards approach will be considered as an advantage.
- The NGO has experience in conducting at least 2 projects (at least during last 5 years) in socio-economic development projects in rural communities
- The NGO has appropriate staff member who will act as overall project coordinator (he/she can be also one of the FPA facilitators)
- Proven work experience in Southern Syunik region
- Work experience with the International organizations and/or donors
- The NGO has office facilities, proficiency in the usage of office equipment.

The Support Programme for Protected Areas in Armenia (SPPA-Armenia) is part of the Caucasus Initiative, launched by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ No: 2009.6657.2).
This five years long Programme is being implemented according to the intergovernmental agreement signed between the Federal Republic of Germany and Republic of Armenia, as well as through the Separate Agreement signed between the German KFW Development bank and Ministry of Nature Protection of Armenia on May 28, 2013.
