N134 decree on “Normative legal acts on non-tariff regulations” and relevant orders were adopted by Eurasian Economic Commission on August 16, 2012, the terms of which are mandatory for the RA.

The provision of import and export license on goods (excluding the banned ones) envisaged under 1.1, 1.2, 1.7, 1.8, 2.1, 2.3, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.13 points of the 1st Annex of N 134 decree will be within the jurisdiction of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection.
