At the session (29.09.2016) of the Government of the Republic of Armenia Artsvik Minasyan, Minister of Nature Protection of RA presented the decree draftto the Government on “The annual program (2017) of ecosystem restoration, preservation, reproduction, natural development and utilization activities at Lake Sevan”. The adoption is conditioned by the necessity of improving the current condition of the lake and its water saving ponds which ensures implementation of envisaged programs and activities (2017) directed to the conservation of ecosystems of Lake Sevan and its ponds, lake ecological balance and sustainable utilization of natural resources of the ponds.   The draft of the decree was passed by the RA Government and will enter into force the day after the official publication.
