28 decrees on administrative fines of 2.05 million AMD are the result of inspections, visits, cases and report receipt conducted by the State Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection within the period of 23-27.03.2015, 4.83 million AMD was calculated as environmental damage. Particularly a decision of 2.01 million AMD as an administrative fine for norms of flora preservation revealed during the inspection procedures of 4 cases and 1 violation of norms by 5 individuals conducted by Tavoush Regional Division. Overall, 5 administrative cases were revealed. Lori Regional Division conducted similar 9 cases on 8 people and decided to charge an administrative fine of 400.0 thousand AMD and 1.75 million AMD was calculated as damage caused to the nature. 2 individuals were charged 100.0thousand AMD and 54.0 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage. A decision of 50.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine for an individual having done illegal tree cutting revealed during the inspection procedures conducted by Gegharkunik Regional Division. 27.5 thousand AMD was estimated as damage caused to the nature. Granular materials without impenetrable cover for the transfer have been detected during employees’ visits of Shirak, Aragacotn and Ararat Regional divisions and there were decided to charge 3 individuals an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD. The RA MNP State Environmental Atmosphere and Underground Resource Supervision Units decided an administrative fine of 100.0thousand as a result of joint inspections and 400.8 thousand AMD was estimated as damage caused to the nature. As a result of the inspection at a businessman carried out by Gegharkunik Regional Division, there has been decided to charge an administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMDfor the violation of norms of water protection. Atmosphere and Underground Resource Supervision Units of the RA MNP State Environmental Inspectorate realized an inspection and decided to charge for the violation of norms of soil an administrative fine of 150.0thousand as a result of joint inspections and 369.7 thousand AMD was calculated as damage caused to the nature. As a result of the inspections fulfilled by Armavir Regional Division, incorrect installation of wastes was revealed and 80.0 thousand AMD was decided to charge and 120.0 thousand AMD was estimated as damage caused to the nature. 2individuals were charged 300.0thosand AMD for violations. Syunik Regional Division decided to charge an entrepreneur 50.0thousand AMD as an administrative fine for not submitting environmental and environmental usage payment reports within the defined deadlines. Due to the visits of Vayoc Dzor Regional Division, 2 decrees of 100.0 AMD were made for 2 entrepreneurs.  During the visits of employees of Yerevan Division confiscated 15 sig fish which was handed to the educational center for acoustically impaired children according to the defined law. As a result of visits conducted by Shirak Regional Division an individual was decided to be charged 50.0 thousand AMD for fish theft and 25m net was confiscated. State Environmental Inspectorate detected a violation and made a decision of 70.0thousand AMD and 5.0thousand AMD was estimated as damage caused to the nature. 50.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine for illegal fishing was charged by Ararat Regional Division and 2.0 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage. Gegharkunik Regional Division made 2 decisions of 200.0thousand AMD for an individual having done illegal transfer of trees and 90.0thousand AMD was estimated as damage caused to the nature. In general due to the sanctions imposed by theState Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection there is 2.3 million AMD has entered the state budget.
