11 decrees on administrative fine of 750.0 thousand AMD are the result of violation cases revealed during inspections and visits implemented by the State Environmental Inspectorate of RA Ministry of Nature Protection and the examination of cases conducted by the inspectorate within the period of 09-13.02.2015, 2.1 million AMD was estimated as environmental damage. Particularly a decision of 200.0 thousand AMD was made as an administrative fine for 4 individuals doing illegal tree cutting revealed during the inspection procedures of 4 cases implemented by Tavoush Regional Division and 2.09 million AMD was estimated as environmental damage. Due to the visits carried out by Ararat Regional Division, a decision of 100.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine was made to charge an individual for the violation of norms on preserving flora and 12.0 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage, and 3.6 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage for a case conducted by Lori Regional Division. A decree on administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD was made by the workers of Ararat Regional Division to charge an individual for illegal mining of a well in Shahab village. Gegarkunik Regional Division decided to charge 4 businessmen 300.0thousand AMD as an administrative fine for not submitting environmental and environmental usage payment reports within the defined deadlines . A decision of 100.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine was made for an individuals’ illegal transfer of timbers revealed during the visits conducted by Tavoush Regional Division. In general due to the sanctions imposed by the State Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection 1.32 million AMD entered the RA state budget.
