During the inspection of Environmental Supervision Unit of Biodiversity, Soil, Wastes, Noxious Substances and Under Ground, there was decided to charge a businessman an administrative fine of 150.0 thousand AMD for the violation of norms and 81. 7 thousand AMD was estimated as damage caused to the environment. Due to the inspections fulfilled by Gegharkunik Regional Division, there was decided to charge a entrepreneur an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD for the violation of norms on preserving of water. As a result of inspections performed by Lori Regional Division, there was decided to charge two businessmen two administrative fines of 450.0 thousand AMD for the similar violation, and two businessmen were decided to be charged two administrative fines of 400.0 thousand AMD while implementing inspections by Syunik Regional Division. Due to the inspection carried out by Under ground Resources Protection Division, there was decided to charge an entrepreneur an administrative fine of 150.0 thousand AMD for inaccurate disposal of wastes and 1,137 million AMD was estimated as environmental damage. The Supervision Unit of Biodiversity, Soil, Wastes, Noxious Substances of State Environmental Inspectorate decided to charge a businessman 50.0thousand AMD as an administrative fine for not submitting environmental and environmental usage payment reports within the defined deadlines, a decision of 100.0 thousand AMD was made for a businessman as an administrative fine by Gegharkunik Regional Division, a decision of 250.0 thousand AMD was made for 5 businessmen as an administrative fine by Ararat Regional Division, a decision of 50.0 thousand AMD was made for a businessman as an administrative fine by Armavir Regional Division, and three decisions of 150.0 thousand AMD were made for three businessmen as an administrative fine by Shirak Regional Division. During the visits of State Environmental Inspectorate of Forest Supervision Division a decree of 100.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine was made for an individual’s illegal transfer of timbers and 30.0 thousand AMD was estimated as an environmental damage. 11 decisions were made during the inspections of Gegharkunik Division to charge 11 individuals an administrative fine of 1.1 million AMD for illegal transfer of timbers and 411.0 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage, and an administrative fine of 240.66 thousand AMD was calculated by Lori Regional Division for an individual for similar violation as environmental damage. During the visits of Armavir Regional Division, a decision was made to charge an individual an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD for illegal crayfishing. There was made a decision, during the visits implemented by Ararat Regional Division, to charge two individuals an administrative fine of 100.0 thousand for illegal fishing and 6.0 thousand AMD was reckoned as damage caused to the environment. Additionally, a gun was confiscated. During the visits of Aragacotn Regional Division, two decisions were made to charge two individuals two administrative fines of 100.0 thousand AMD for illegal fishing and 35.0 thousand AMD was reckoned as environmental damage, and two decisions were made to charge two individuals an administrative fine of 140.0 thousand AMD for violations of fishing rules. Due to the inspections implemented by Yerevan Regional Division of State Environmental Inspectorate 40 sig fish without owner was confiscated and handed to Yerevan educational center for acoustically impaired children according to the defined order of the law. In general due to the sanctions imposed by the State Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection 19.1 million AMD entered the RA state budget in the period of 12.01.2015-06.02.2015.
