The third session of interdepartmental coordination implementing the demands and thesis of the Framework Convention on Climate Change (hereinafter UN FCCC) was held under the chairmanship of RA Minister of Nature Protection Aramayis Grigoryan. The RA third national report of UN FCCC was introduced to the board members at the session; afterwards it was accepted and approved to be submitted to the UN FCCC upcoming conference of pro countries according to the defined procedure. Additionally, the issues and suggestions directed to their solution connected to climate change revealed in the composing process of the third national report were discussed at the session. The new developments under UN FCCC were presented to the board members present at the meeting, particularly the core decisions made in the 20th conference (Lima) of the pro countries in the context of Intended Nationally Determined Contributions-INDC. The draft of the decree was approved as a result of discussions succeeding the reports, according to which “The RA third report under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change “ was adopted and approved to be submitted to the upcoming conference of convention of pro countries. It was assigned to develop the main conclusions and suggestions under “The RA third report under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change “ and to submit “The concept directed to the gaps, prohibitions, restrictions and their completion and overcoming connected with the solution of essential problems of climate change,” to the discussion of the interdepartmental coordination council. A subgroup was decided to organize under “The Working Group of Interdepartmental Coordination Implementing the Demands and Thesis of Climate Change” on “Intended Nationally Determined Contributions” that will arrange the above stated document. It was assigned to prepare the draft of the decree of the RA Government for the assurance of the adopting process.
