Taking into account  water level increase of Lake Sevan, as well as conditioned by  the epidemic, restricting of  the flow of people to “Norashen”  reserve and “Norashen” sanctuary, spawning of the  Armenian gull in coastal land areas, the factor of  increase in species and number of migratory guest birds due to the reduction of the human factor, by the instruction of Romanos Petrosyan, the entry of the visitors will be banned for 6 months in the territory of Norashen reserve and sanctuary of "Sevan" National Park SNCO.
Strict supervision will be exercised in close collaboration with a special guard unit of "Sevan" National Park SNCO, the law enforcement bodies and a number of other agencies.
