Expert Discussion on the Implementation of the Armenia–European Union Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement.
A discussion was held within the framework of the “Support to CEPA Monitoring, Implementation and Communication” project, initiated by the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
The discussion aimed to assess the progress of CEPA implementation and to identify the level of compliance with sectoral legislation and relevant EU directives.
During the discussion, monitoring results were presented, legislative and institutional inconsistencies were analyzed, and specific recommendations were made to enhance alignment with EU standards.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants discussed opportunities to ensure the full participation of civil society in the environmental management process.
