In accordance with the 1st point of the 2nd paragraph and 7th paragraph of Article 26 of the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" /21.06.2014 HO-110-N/, as well as according to the defined order of the 36th paragraph of the 4th Unit and 1st point of the 3rd paragraph of 1st Annex of the GoA (19.11.2014) N1325-N decree public hearings will be held over the per-assessment bid on environmental impact over a hearing will be held over “The four leveled improvement of disposal channels of pump stations in Achajur, Noyemberyan, improvement of channels of pump stations in Zeytun-Haghtanak, Metsamor and Ghara-Ghala and “Improvement of disposal channels of pump stations in Qaghcrashen, Avshar-Aygevan, Armash, Aragap, Jrashen-Azat. Zovq, Argina and Saralanj”submitted by “HGSHN” LTD on February 12, at 14:00 in Bagratashen, the RA Tavush region, on February 17, 12:00 in Tancut and 14:00 in Eghegnut, the RA Armavir region, on February 18, at 11:00 in Argina, RA Armavir region and at 14:00 in Avshar village administrations, the RA Ararat region.
