In accordance with the 1st point of the 2nd paragraph, 3rd point of the 5th paragraph and 7th point Article 26 of the RA law /21.06.2014 HO-110-N/, as well as according to the defined order of 36 and 35 points of the 5th Chapter of Annex of the GoA (19.11.2014) N1325-N decree on December 16, at 12:00 in Lusarat Municipality, the RA Ararat Region, public hearings will be held over the pre-evaluation bid for impact on the environment the project of “Lusarat-1” sand mine of “Sertig”LLC.
