The Bidder’s qualification requirements
    at least 3 years’ experience in the required field,
    design experience at least in 1 similar or equal project within the past five years,
    the following licenses for implementation of the planned works: in accordance with the “Elaboration of urban design documents in the field of urban construction” for the following areas – residential, public and production, hydro-technical and energy,
    an office/working area and sufficient technical capacities for execution of this assignment (upon Client's request, this can be additionally verified by the Client and Evaluation Committee organizing a visit to the Applicant’s office prior to the contract award)
    experience in at least 2 projects financed by international donor organizations (KfW, WB, ADB etc.) within the past five years; 
    project experience in Syunik Region would be an advantage.
    professional and technical staff in compliance with the assignment,
    besides the professional and technical staff, the Contractor shall have at least 1 national Civil Engineer and 1 international expert-Architect.

The Support Programme for Protected Areas in Armenia (SPPA-Armenia) is part of the Caucasus Initiative, launched by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ No: 2009.6657.2). The Programme is being implemented based on intergovernmental Financial agreements between the Federal Republic of Germany and Republic of Armenia through the Separate Agreement signed between the KFW and Ministry of Nature Protection of Armenia on 28.05.2013.
