PUBLIC NOTIFICATION

In accordance with the RA water code as well as N217-N and N218-N decrees of the GoA (March 7, 2003), a draft is developed by the RA MNP Water Resource Management Agency over water usage permission of 8.4 l/s from the unknown stream of Malishka river meant for industrial use by Karen Shanoyan in the administrative area of Vernashen, Vayoc Dzor Region.

All stakeholders can find document preparation and preliminary document draft thus applying to the RA MNP Water Resource Management Agency from 17:00-18:00 P.M., on working days (5th floor, 3rd Government House, Republic Square, Yerevan).

Written remarks and proposals regarding the draft may be submitted at the consultation, which will be held (541 room, 5th floor, 3rd Government House, Republic Square, Yerevan) on September 12, at 16:00.
