PUBLIC NOTIFICATION

In accordance with the RA water code as well as N 217-N and N218-N decrees of the RA Government (March 7, 2003), a draft over water abstraction permit of respectively 51.93 l/s, 5.94 l/s, 60.89 l/s and 35.61 l/s water amounts from Chanakhchi River is developed by the RA MNP Water Resource Management Agency envisaged for Zangakatun well of “Sevan-Hrazdan Water Abstraction” in order to irrigate the lands of Zangakatun /150 ha/, Vardashat /30.0 ha/, Sevakavan /130.0 ha/ and Eraskh /50.0ha/ communities.

All stakeholders can find document preparation and preliminary document draft thus applying to the RA MNP Water Resource Management Agency from 17:00-18:00 P.M., on working days (5th floor, 3rd Government House, Republic Square, Yerevan).

Written remarks and proposals regarding the draft may be submitted at the discussion, which will be held (541 room, 5th floor, 3rd Government House, Republic Square, Yerevan) on February 20 at 16:00 P.M.
