ANNOUNCEMENT on the pre-assessment bids on environmental impact and expertise process of EIA reports

With reference to the state of martial law declared in the Republic of Armenia, the measures assumed against the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Ministry of Environment informs that the pre-assessment bids on environmental impact and expertise process of  EIA reports are postponed for a month, taking into consideration the necessity of holding public reviews.
This decrees enters into force on November 5, 2020 and does not apply to cases of national importance.
